How about using Japanese techniques (infra-red cameras to detect elevated temperatures) or would that be “invasion of privacy; racial quotas; torture, etc?”
Of course that would be racism, silly. Detecting elevated temperatures would be discrimination in the basis of infra-color. (Do I have to...?)
