Amnesty Pimps on Parade: Time to Expose the Hispanic Caucus
Family Security Matters ^ | 4/28/2009 | Carolyn Cooke

In cities across the country, U.S. Representative Luis Gutierrez, a member of the Hispanic Caucus in the House of Representatives, is pimping for yet another full-blown amnesty for illegal aliens. ‘Family re-unification’ is the latest public relations ploy being used in an attempt to convince citizens and government officials that the plight of illegal aliens is somehow the responsibility of the United States.

How about a White Caucus that pimps for the restoration of our Constitution? Or is that considered racism to promote what White people believe in?

“a White Caucus”

—much needed. Every other group has one. Are whites so dumb and docile that they are incapable of standing up for themselves as every other group does?

What is the responsibility of all Americans is to round up all the illegal aliens and escort them out of our great country.

Amnesty, by definition, is for illegals already here. If they needed family re-unification, they would have to return to their families in Mexico. By already being here with their families, their families are unified.

If the desire were to bring family members from Mexico to the US to unify here it would be called open borders or relaxed immigration policy. But not “amnesty”.

This illustrates that the issue is complex. Trying to simplify the issue by using terms such as “comprehensive” is absurd.

The big danger is the creation of new “rights” by the gubmint. Non-citizens do not have the “right” to come to the USA. We should never allow sloppy language to frame it as a “right”.

Immigration is a privilege, not a right.

This is from the 2004 Libertarian Party Platform.

Immigration:
“We call for the elimination of all restrictions on immigration, the abolition of the Immigration and Naturalization Service and the Border Patrol, and a declaration of full amnesty for all people who have entered the country illegally.”

JUst goes to show how the so called Libertarian Party has been politically infiltrated and perverted.

Nonsense, don't you know anything about the Libertarians? Why do you think that no one joins them, why do you think that they only have 226,000 registered members?

Here is their 1990 Platform.

17. IMMIGRATION:

We hold that human rights should not be denied or abridged on the basis of nationality. We condemn massive roundups of Hispanic Americans and others by the federal government in its hunt for individuals not possessing required government documents. We strongly oppose all measures that punish employers who hire undocumented workers. Such measures repress free enterprise, harass workers, and systematically discourage employers from hiring Hispanics.

Undocumented non-citizens should not be denied the fundamental freedom to labor and to move about unmolested. Furthermore, immigration must not be restricted for reasons of race, religion, political creed, age, or sexual preference.

We therefore call for the elimination of all restrictions on immigration, the abolition of the Immigration and Naturalization Service and the Border Patrol, and a declaration of full amnesty for all people who have entered the country illegally. We oppose government welfare payments to non-citizens just as we oppose government welfare payments to all other persons.

Because we support the right of workers to cross borders without harassment, we oppose all government-mandated "temporary worker" plans. Specifically, we condemn attempts to revive the Bracero Program as government imposition of second-class status on Mexican-born workers.

We welcome all refugees to our shores and condemn the efforts of U.S. officials to create a new "Berlin Wall" which would keep them captive. We condemn the U.S. government's policy of barring those refugees from our shores and preventing Americans from assisting their passage to help them escape tyranny or improve their economic prospects.

I was with the Libertarians for a while long ago and left them for their unreasonable argument that border enforcement is unnecessary in a nation that stands by it's principles. That might be true - but the truth that seems unbeatable is that we'll always have corrupt scumbags working in all parties for their own lust for power.

The problem is human weakness. The Commies are guilty of it, the Libertarians and all forms of government suffer from corruption, backstabbing and all other examples of people turning their back on honor and what is right for the sake of their personal gains.

Until we can discipline ourselves for the sake of good, rid ourselves of these squeaky wheels who attract the fifth column and eventually right this cart we will suffer the evils that comes from hands pulling the center apart.

This is where we've come from removing God and patriotism from basic education. Common sense went out the window as well.

Are you confusing small l libertarians with capital L Libertarians, which refers to the LP-Libertarian Party, which is just a very small fraction of all libertarians?

And yes, individuals in (and out) of all political parties are flawed and should not be allowed to attain too much power.

This libertarian’s position is not “border enforcement is unnecessary”. It is

Government enforcement of Immigration should have 3 goals
- Terrorists
- Murderers, rapists, DUI drivers
- Welfare parasites, truly bad people.

No immigrant wannabe (legal or illegal) in the above 3 categories should be allowed in. And if already in, should be kicked out.

That leaves immigrants free to enter as they did prior to the 1920s provided those immigrants work to support themselves and don’t bother others. There was no such thing as an “illegal immigrant” prior to the 1920s.

Behind the above is an essential principle:

No immigrant or immigrant wannabe has the RIGHT to come to or be in the USA. Every person in the world has a God give right to life, but not to live it in the USA. It is a revocable privilege.

Therefore, an immigrant can be prevented entry, or kicked out, without any RIGHTS being violated as those rights don’t exist. The immigrant and lawyers have no standing in court or administrative hearings to claim the violation of rights.

One of the current bureaucratic problems is that the system benefits the bureaucrats and lawyers. The current system benefits neither the immigrants nor citizens.

The biggest flaw of the compromise comprehensive immigration reform of recent years has been that it has been written by lawyers to benefit lawyers. It would make matters worse and not benefit either immigrants or citizens

Capital “L” Libertarian Party. Attended several meets during the Clinton era, got to meet and speak with Dr. Browne (my respects), disappointed by so many liberals bopping about in Birkenstocks asking if I wanted to “share a blunt outside”.

And those were the PhDs and mid to high-level established bureaucrats.

What I related above was Harry Browne’s own doubts about the L’s platform stance on illegal aliens after a few Scotch’s. He noted the big stadium sign-up/legalization crap the Clintonioans pulled and worried that such corruption was a death knell for all Third Parties. Dr. Browne inspired this Conservative because he went on about the Constitution and how it’s being defiled by the two established Parties. It wasn’t long after his passing that legislation was proposed to make it even MORE difficult to get Third Parties on ballots.

Yes; it’s all about layering the lawyers’ pockets with the money. There is a Federal judicial agency who’s sole purpose is to insure the illegal alien always wins. While it remains in place legions of attorneys who could have done good were lured by greed to Immigration Law. Amazing how much money supposed indigents possess.
