Mexican immigration officials on the U.S.-Mexican border say they have been required to wear face masks whether swine influenza poses a threat or not.
Meanwhile, on the U.S. side of the border, it is up to the discretion of Customs and Border Protection officials whether to wear masks to protect themselves against the flu.

Uhh, yeah, gotta' be some "social differences there" ~ maybe on the Mexican side the rank and file smoke MJ and stuff and can't be trusted to "take care of themselves", and on the 'Murican side the bosses in DC smoke MJ and stuff ~ laid back ~ kinda.
Yeah, something like that ~ big difference.

They need a few hundred deaths and at least 10000 cases all over the US so they can make a power grab. Can’t have people wake up from the hysteria until the new laws are on the books.
