His question asks, in essence, why did I dismiss the woman’s charges?
In a word, “Because it was a case of “HerSay” evidence. It didn’t even rise to the level of “hearsay” evidence.
ALL claim, NO evidence.
Just what underemployed cops, lawyers and the usual suspects use to intimidate, silence, impoverish, and jail innocent Americans.
The latter post on this thread raise what are essentially critiques of what happens when we departed from American law and dived into the Pool Of Bottomless Cess that resulted from assuming that any claim without evidence or witnesses could be brought to court.
Now, any person can cry ‘sexual’, ‘religious’, ‘race’ harassment and have a good chance to enrich themselves almost at will.
Even it their extortion attempt fails, they will succeed at impoverishing their victim.
May G*d rot the Liberal and the lawyer, alike - both are as serious an enemy of America as the Muslims.
