Is one of the gay guys the bio-dad?
The article doesn’t say anything about that. The fact is that a Dad or a Mom have first dibs on the kids; then the grandparents. If bio-Dad is gay - who’s fault is that? Did Mommy magically get pregnant? She CHOSE who she was going to sleep with, she also chose to inject drugs into her veins. Was she so stupid, as to not know that illegal narcotics were addictive, or illegal, or that they could have legal ramifications? She brought this travesty on herself.
Instead of getting all wound up in an emotional ball - look at the facts. First off, Mom brought this entire mess on without any help. I dare say that she was warned about this very event long before it occurred. Second, is bio-Dad one of the gay couple? If so, as the Dad, his claim to his children is solid, legal and ‘should’ be supported.
