Fired aide to Sen. Boxer sentenced for child porn

ALEXANDRIA, Va. -- A former high-level aide to Sen. Barbara Boxer has been sentenced to five years in prison on child pornography charges.

Jeff P. Rosato, 32, of Arlington, was sentenced Friday in a hearing before U.S. District Judge T.S. Ellis III. He received the minimum sentence allowed under federal guidelines and will have to register as a sex offender.

This is the second one of Babs aides to be convicted for child porn. Bernie Ward, the KGO radio "lion of the left" was Babs chief of staff. He is now in a Federal prison in Texas . BTW, the article is as usual completely biased. First, the guy was only fired AFTER he was charged. The headline implies it happened before. Second, I think the minimum sentence is quite high. IIRC, when Ward was being sentenced the minimum was 5 years and he got 7. BTW, Ward not only had a 3 hour show on KGO during the week but he did the God Talk show on Sunday morning. You would expect that from the left-wing cess pool radio station. The only guy worth a d*mn there is Bill Wattenberg.
