There are probably more Christians in Afghanistan right now than there have been in a thousand years.

I hope they distribute Bibles everywhere. Preach, proselytize, too. Otherwise we will be condemned to repeat this again and again.

I think about 1000 years back the Buddhists had completely converted the Christians or chased them away from Afghanistan.

However, knowing their own history you find people with a mazouza on the door lintel, and an "all purpose" model mosque that has four minarets ~ each opening up to provide room for a candle. An incense burner is smack dab in the middle on top.

So much for conversions.
