OK, how’s this:
1) Put the camera on the ground, not in an airplane.
2) Make it a movie camera not owned by the government.
3) Place the camera near a group of unsuspecting New York citizens going about their day.
4) Put AF1 and a chase plane in the sky background.
5) Start making a movie.
The “photos” are not his to release, they belong to the movie company.
If this really was all about photos or video, it was useless. There is no way any of these photos or videos will come to light now, so all those people freaked out for NOTHING.
If someone had died from their panic that day...
