Dr. Williams is blaming what has happened in the black community is that parents pulled back from educating their children. In rush to become integrated left their autotomy behind.
He is saying slavery has alot to do with what has happened, Jesse is saying it was the government kicking the father out of the home.
Jesse asked did he think that the man who threw the baby out of the car today in the news was a result of slavery. Dr. Williams says no.
