I figured I'd do my part to help Oprah spread the wealth. You can get four coupons which is 8 pieces of grilled chicken, 8 sides and 4 biscuits FREE...feed your whole family...Have at it FReepers!

I have a bad feeling about this.

I've seen the commercials, what I wonder is, they equipped all 400 some-odd locations with grills?
Or is this pre-grilled, frozen chicken warmed up in the fryer?

Ummm...it is asking me to install a “coupon printer” program from their website...no thanks. Installing software off of websites like that is just plain dangerous.
To: ravingnutter
yeah, I just tried it too and my work firewall blocked it. I was going to print 4 coupons from each of my 7 computers for 28 free meals (that’s 56 pieces of chicken, 56 sides, and 28 biscuits,... for those of you at home).
I think the software is there to limit you to 4 downloads of the coupon. I read the TOS and it looks pretty benign, but use at your own risk!

I haven’t tried it yet but I doubt it’s grilled on location, if at all.

So the site looks legit, at least it is registered to Youm Brands.
However, coupons.com doesn't come up in the registry database. Odd.

I havent tried it yet but I doubt its grilled on location, if at all. I just read up on it. It's not grilled, at least by my definition. It's cooked on a grill "that goes into an oven" which is baked in my book. Sounds gross, although some reviewers say it's pretty good.
Gimme either X-tra crispy or original, screw this healthy stuff.

Generally these sorts of offers are clever but fake.

If it is fake, the person who opened this site is going to jail. I would fear a russian malware facade

Had this new chicken with the fake grill lines on Sunday - even if it’s free, don’t waste your time, and the guilt involved in throwing away food
To: lwd
Since I print coupons often and have never before been asked to install “coupon printing” software, I know it can be done without it and I figure any program I’m asked to install is likely marketing related. So I’ll pass on it and the chicken.

It may not be. I went to the KFC site and there is nothing ing their coupons about this. I worked at a coffee shop, and someone put a similar coupon on the internet for a free large drink - fake. We honored it but boy was it costly.

BTW, our newspaper had this free coupon (probably the same one thats printable here) in it a few days ago and the website matches the one on that coupon, so I’m pretty sure its legit.
To: lwd
I downloaded and installed their coupon printer; and then it told me I had already printed the maximum number of coupons I was allowed to print (which apparently is ZERO).
I'm thinking FRAUD.
