How about using Sheriff Joe’s method of treating the incarcerated, i.e., tent cities, peanut butter sandwiches, water and pink uniforms? I wonder why you never hear about cell phone abuse stories regarding his prisoners?

Cell phones are big problem here in CT. It’s amazing what these criminals can stick up their asses. I guess all that gay sex helps keep them loose.
