Yes. Verification is needed before further comment is warranted. If true, it is truly breaking news, with much portent for security in Iraq. I hope JVeritas or another Arabic-speaker can review this in a hurry.

Yeah, the guys name was John Russell (44). He was an electronics technician, not an Imam. This “report” is bogus.
