By executive order, President Barack Obama has ordered the expenditure of $20.3 million in "migration assistance" to the Hamas Palestinian refugees and "conflict victims" in Gaza.
Has anyone else seen this and does it have validity?
When I saw this run across the bottom of the screen, I thought too that it may be attached somehow to H.R. 1388 "The GIVE Act", I am not 100% positive about this though. I did go and scan through H.R. 1388, but did not find anything about the above.

“Refugees” from what? A war that ended 436 years ago? By the way, refugee status means they get on Welfare immediately.
This president needs to be EVICTED from office. How dare he spend my hard earned money on this BS!

I thought that the first time I read of this, sometime ago, that the money was to help them emigrate anywhere. Not just to the US. I would like to know for sure!

Let’s see....the Somali terrorists recruit from Minneapolis and the Muslims have colonized Dearborn, Michigan, so I propose Hamas set up shop in Chicago, and become BO’s homeys.
I'd also like to know if these are people who are refugees FROM Hamas. There are many, many cases of Arabs who work for or inform for the Israelis, and if they're found out it is a death sentence for them (at least - maybe also their family), one often carried out with lots of gratuitous pain. If it is to save people like that, I'm not so upset. If it is just to get some people in for welfare, or to give refuge to Hamas members who are being looked for by Israel (and the latter is my default position with Zero), then I object...strenuously.

Washington — President Obama authorized the use of $20.3 million in emergency funding for immediate humanitarian assistance to Palestinian refugees and conflict victims in the Gaza Strip, the U.S. State Department said.
The announcement follows remarks by U.S. Middle East special envoy George Mitchell, who said, “President Obama has expressed the deep concern of the United States about the loss of Palestinian life and the humanitarian needs in Gaza” at a briefing in Ramallah in the West Bank on January 29.
