Please also keep in mind that Catholics too suffered greatly in the holocaust and that Jews represent less than 20% of the number that perished in holocausts of the 20th century whereas Christians represented nearly half. Lastly, Catholics have did far more to save Jews and other non-Catholics for the Nazi holocaust than Israel has done to save the hundreds of thousands of victims of Islamic holocausts in places like Darfur.

Minimizing the 6 million dead Jews of the Holocaust will not earn you points on this thread, at FR or at any other reputable place. You will score with the Iraniann nut job and Muslims however.
3) On Darfur, get educated. Jews are at the forefront of the Save Darfur movement. Israel actually takes in refugees. Does the Vatican? Does Rome?
Israel for their size does more for the world’s catastrophes than any other country. Unfortunately due to terrorism they have the know how to deal with tragedies where humans are hurt.
While I am at it, why does the Vatican have so much Judaica that rightly belongs to the Jewish people? If the Pope wants to give make ‘rightful’ returns let him start in his own house.
