Steny might not be as dumb as he looks..... go against the CIA with its spies, guns, poisons, etc, etc.... or go against the 4th member of ZZ Top (after her next facelift).
Steny is next in line for the Speaker’s job, if Nancy gets dumped. His trick now is to get her dumped without getting blamed for it. Steny is great with the non-answers.
