A protester from Texas has been sentenced to two years in prison for possessing Molotov cocktails during the Republican National Convention last September.
U.S. District Judge Michael Davis on Thursday also sentenced Bradley Neal Crowder to three years of supervised release.
The 23-year-old Austin, Texas, man was part of a group from Austin that allegedly planned to disrupt the convention in St. Paul last September. He pleaded guilty in January.

From the title, you would think that the perp was actually a member of the RNC, not some moonbat who was there to disrupt the convention.
Right. But it IS an AP story, so it was possibly planned that way.....
Isn’t this conspiracy to commit terrorism? Ah, assembles eight firebombs with the intent to use them on police - isn’t that (at least in Texas) conspiracy to commit capital muder on a peace officer?
Ooop, silly me, I forgot! The perp is a Dem operative, and is only exercising his right of political free speech. Never mind.
You’re forgiven, Fred.

This guy will be out and doing work for the Algore in just a few months.
It wasn't in Texas, it was in Minnesota. The Judge declared a mistrial in the other guy's ( David Guy McKay) first trial. That one then pleaded guilty, after thinking it over for a few days.
I think they need to look into these guys and their group in conjunction with the arson at the Texas Governors mansion. The older guy, the one who pleaded guilty, sort of looks like the "person of interest" caught on video near the mansion at the appropriate time. And they and their group *are* from Berkley on the Colorado, aka Austin.
Oops, got them mixed up. McKay is the guy sentenced to prison, Bradley Neal Crowder, was the other one. McKay is also the one who resembles the possible Mansion arsonist. Of course the “informant” who ratted these two out, also resembles the arsonist, maybe even more than McKay.
