Just an idle question: could Carrie Prejean be prosecuted for what she said under this legislation? I’m guessing that, yes, she could in fact be prosecuted.

Yes, that’s what the goal is - to prosecute those who say politically incorrect (ie, true) statements,
and cause others to be fearfully silenced from speaking the truth.
