It is often hard to discern God's involvement in the world, for God hides himself (larva Dei). God has punished nations through its leaders, such as many of the apostate kings of Israel. Europe's rejection of its Christian foundation led to WWI and WWII. It was no accident that Adolf Hitler and Josef Stalin gained positions of absolute rule over their people. Is God using BHO to punish America? It would be easy for me to answer in the affirmative since nearly all of his policies are destructive to the theistic foundation of this nation and his introduction of fascism/socialism into our political system. Can anyone doubt the immoral and unethical behavior of Pelosi or Reed? We could be watching the fall of America. Only God knows, and time will tell.
