As a wounded Iraq War vet campaigning for Democrats, he was too good to vet for the truth.

Democrats so desperately need war vets that thay'll turn a blind eye when they need one, and claim plausible deniability after they win.

SOP for Democrats. Too bad that Republicans who donated to GOP candidates can't sue someone for fraud, considering that Democrats won based on lies they should have discovered.

According to the Colorado Springs Gazette, he claimed to have been a 1997 grad of the Naval Academy (he claims to now be 31, so he was 19 at the time), at the Pentagon in 2001 when the terrorist plane crashed into it, and the survivor of an IED that claimed the lives of 4 “other Marines”. He also claimed that during the attack he lost a finger, in addition to sustaining brain injuries. But, one look at his hands and all his fingers are present.

And no one was suspicious? Obviously they didn’t care as long as they could get the Colorado rubes to believe him long enough to vote dem. Liberals love it when one of those nasty killers known as soldiers switches sides and becomes a pacifist. Even if he’s fake, they don’t care. Fake but accurate.

During that race I tried to encourage candidates running to refer to Kerry as “The Cambodia Kid” but that was rulled as a no-no by the powers that be.

If Rick whatever had joined the AMVETS, The American Legion, or The VFW, he would have had to produce a DD214 record of service and demonstrate he served in good standing in any branch of service in order to become a member of those service organizations. And would have been discovered right quick. Somebody knew this guy was a phoney.

You can't shame the shameless.

The majority of the military hate Democrats, and all that they stand for (homosexuality, abortion, speech codes, confiscation of other people's money and property, militant secularism, radical feminism, coddling of America's enemies, etc, etc, etc).

It does not surprise me that the Democrats have to rely on phony "veterans" who are really unstable mental patients who never served to give campaign speeches for them.

Americans in uniform die and are maimed while upholding their oaths to protect and defend the Constitution, against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
