Actually, that would be a good thing. I don't think that that "North Poleans" would mind getting a climate like Cuba. They'd have to adapt, just like animals and plant life has had to adapt though the ages and climate changes of the past. Their "tourism" would go through the roof, and it would get millions, if not billions of new residents.
