Didn’t McCain get a “pass” from Congress that “O” actually voted on? McCain was born of two American citizen parents on foreign soil. The bill was to make an exception to the “natural born” definition for him. Nobody thought to even look at “O”s situation at the time.

Re McCain: IIRC, there was no bill, it was a Senate Resolution, not a law, has no legal force. McCain's candidacy was flawed from the first, and his performance didn't help it any. HIS eligibility is still in question, too.
