I think Californians need to make sacrifices. Specificially, we need to set up an altar in Capitol Park and sacrifice our state lege one at a time until the budgets improve.

Isn't human sacrifice like worse than torture? I'll have to let this one slide because I'm not prepared to argue the "human" aspect of state legislators in Sacto.
