Except those in Gitmo where caught on the battlefield, thus it is punitive, Bambi is calling for preemptive.

Except that the people at Gitmo have done something wrong while the terrorist suspects can be incarcerated. Preventative detention has an ominous sound to it.

I think Obama has fascist leanings. I think he learned about the Constitution so he could destroy it.

Imagine if Bush had proposed this. The furor over WMD would have paled in comparison.
