I concur, the rotorhead, blades, tailrotor, and engine exhaust look like a Bell 206 Jetranger.

I’m no helo expert, but gross weight is going to be an issue with that bird. This is no different from the the two chop job F-5 models the Iranians made. One had twin tails and the other had the wing above the intake. Both of those are going to have huge structural issues and the second is probably going to have some bizarre departure characteristics.
