-- Here's an idea, a Senator asks her during confirmation hearing where she stands on the Heller case, whether it is now settled law. --

The test I'd like to have administered is to report a summary of the Miller case. If a judge can't do basic case analysis, and this is an easy case, then they have no business being appointed to the bench. Oh, 9 of 9 sitting SCOTUS judges flunk this test.

That's why we can't use the Miller case. Even our guys have a hard time understanding Miller and they probably own shotguns... : )
