Democrat Senator Nelson said he will NOT vote to confirm an activist judge.
I would say 'when did he grow a conscience'....
..but nah....he'll be flipped, he always is.
Let’s just see if Senator Nelson is a liar. My guess is he will vote for Sotomayor with no problem even though she is a proven activist judge who wants to fix “policy” from the bench not interpret the law.
