Thereby attempting to elevate her moral authority above and beyond that of every white male associate justice on the Supreme Court (Roberts, Scalia, et. al.). These "white males" should be thrilled their opinions are held in such high regard by this upstart affirmative action nobody from a run of the mill law firm. Perhaps Clarence Thomas should ask Sotomayor for equal time to plead his case to be included with the white male justices just in case she's confused about where this superb justice stands on her sophomoric statement.
