1) If we allow jurists which believe they can make their decisions according to “empathy” rather than rule of law (applied equally) whether someone is a man or a woman, white or a persona of color,

2) Then the law becomes illegitimate when it is APPLIED unequally.

3) If the law is applied arbitrarily according to someone’s feelings, and “Justice is not blind”, then I can not expect a fair (blind) and just ruling when I am brought before the law (or I bring suit), The law becomes illegitimate

4) If the Law is illegitimate then our system of law/jurisprudence and government structure built upon it has no legitimacy.

5) If it has no legitimacy it then, therefore has not authority.

6) If it has no authority, then I have no responsibility to obey it

7) If I have no responsibility to obey it; I have no responsibility to pay for it

8) If I have no responsibility to pay for it, (and since the law is illegitimate), then why should I pay my federal taxes?

9) If I should not pay my federal taxes, then WHAT is the law/government doing for me? NOTHING:

10) (but Government’s primary responsibility is to. “establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity” and to protect our “Life, Liberty, and ‘pursuit of happiness’ (property).

11) If the current government is has failed in this respect and has chosen not to uphold this OATH and I cannot expect it will protect my personal “Life, Liberty, and The Pursuit of Happiness”, then What loyalty do I have toward it?

12) If I and my fellow citizens can no longer count on our government then IT is illegitimate, and..

13) Since the ultimate authority of this US. Government gets it’s authority from “We the people…(9th, 10th Amendments)…”are reserved to the States respectively, or to the PEOPLE”, then..

14) We The People can dissolve this government and re-constitute it.

15) Maybe I should send this around to my neighbors, friends, and call for “Independence Parties”..?

16) This is a warning, I would head it if I were you, Washington D.C!
