It is well known that the ICTY is a end to justify the means.
The only serious problem NATO/Hague has with him is that he is a healthy man.
Fair trial they ask? It's only a fair trial if Serbs are sentenced. It's only fair if Islamic terrorists like Nasir Oric are released.
