ST. PAUL, Minn.A group of conservatives sued Minnesota Secretary of State Mark Ritchie and 25 county election officials Thursday over allegedly incomplete voter records. Minnesota Majority president Jeff Davis said the counties failed to post voter history updates as required within six weeks of the November 2008 election. His lawsuit also alleges that Ritchie's office has yet to update voter records to reflect all those who voted.
Davis said the lawsuit was filed Thursday with the Minnesota Supreme Court.
Ritchie, a Democrat, said the attorney general's office will respond to the lawsuit.

Smells like ACORNs, dunnit?
Franken to ACORN ... thank you, thank you very much.
The election was stolen fair and square.
About F’in’ time! (Pardon my French...)
Now how do we go about getting a voter ID law on the books, since the politicians obviously won’t do it?
The Dims here in MN(including the MN AG) harshly oppose requiring any ID to vote...as far as I know, we are the only nutbag state where you can “vouch” for someone in line to vote by claiming you know them to be a legal resident.
IE:”yeah, that whole family of 12 there is my neighbor”.
To the ‘pubbies credit, they do keep bringing one forward.
The DFL keeps shutting it down.
And the media keeps silent.
even if all they can do is drag this out another 6 years...good.
Ritchie is a true Obama thug and willing to do “whatever it takes” to get the dems all the leadership they need. I hope Al Franken goes the way of so many other SNL comics....
