This happened three houses away from mine. My wife was outside and heard the shots and the crash of the thugs busting out a window, running for their lives.
She saw one of the jackasses run down our street and hop a fence.
She came in the house and was so hyped up , she was speechless, (believe me, that's a rare state for her).
I asked her what was wrong, all she could say was, "They're shooting !"
I called to report shots fired. The 911 line was busy ! Several neighbors must have called at the same time. Because the cops showed up while I was on the phone.
The wounded thug was laying in the gutter across the street from my house.
At that time I didn't know he'd been hit.
