N. Korea believed to be preparing for ICBM launch
Yonhap ^ | 5-30-2009

SEOUL, May 30 (Yonhap) -- North Korea appears to be preparing for a long-range missile test, an informed source said Saturday, defying the U.N. Security Council whose members are negotiating a resolution to punish it for its recent nuclear test.

The source, asking not to be identified, said an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) was recently spotted on a cargo train near Pyongyang, the North Korean capital.

The missile has since been moved to an undisclosed location, according to the source.

"It usually takes about two months to set up a launch pad, but the process could be done in as little as two weeks, which means the North could launch a long-range missile as early as in mid-June," the source said.

There was also a report that US officials were “kinda worried” about what appeared to be a possible nuclear warhead being transported from their nuke plant. Interesting coincidence.

Well, thanks to the “messiah,” at least the world is going to “like” us again before they nuke us.

If I was a nutball running a 4th rate country, knowing that a girly man was in charge of the most powerful country in the world, I’d also trot out everything I had to see if the girly man would push back on me. So far, no push back.

Ogirly is her name.

I don’t understand why Michelle puts up with her unless Michelle admires its 3 point shots and effeminate mannerisms. Michelle must be like Her Thighness; she is the one with the brass ones.

Well, this story is off the mark. This was not a Hiroshima type nuke, which was a gun-type uranium, the Little Boy. This was a plutonium implosion-type bomb, like Nagasaki. Why did the writer pick a geologist as their “expert” on nukes?
The yield was very small, about 20% of Nagasaki. It is now suspected that was intentional and in fact planned. They are simply trying to make a nuke small enough for transport by missile and don’t care if the yield is low because of portability measures.

A 4 kilo yield air burst at 800 feet would flatten any downtown core.
