What the hell does that mean? That's like "Duller Knives" or "More Useless Tit."

A "safe gun" is a "useless gun." A gun with a gun lock on it cannot be used to defend yourself. A gun locked in a safe means you and sweet family get mowed down in the first barrage when the masked intruders kick in the door.

You getting duct-taped to the furniture so you can watch accented thugs play doctor with wifey-poo. That's what "safer guns" will get you.
