I couldn't think of a more appropriate description. More than just the WH press corps, though...I would say MOST "journalists" (national and local) are laying prostate before the Obama groupthink.

The press which was once “America’s watchdog” has instead become “Obama’s lapdog”.
Once England alone faced the fury of Nazi bombs and the very real threat of invasion and domination by Hitler. They were brave then and lead the world in the great crusade that ended the threat of fascism. Now they stand along, a beacon of truth in a world gone soft and pummeled by Progressive/ liberals into thinking that their socialist “little utopia” is the path of the future. As before—England stands alone and it will be their finest hour. Gird your loins Britannia for the fight will be long. But, the victory will help to build a new world. Prayers for Susan B. May she recover and sing England’s songs to give hope that this dark day will pass with the ultimate victory.
You won’t get any argument from me on that score: one of my passports says “British Citizen” on it.
