Insincere apology...he’d do it again. He wants to hog the “credit” (this is something deserving credit in his mind) - having Nancy there would suggest someone else fought for it first. It wouldn’t be his sole work if a Republican who fought for the same thing was there. His M.O. is to create the perception that the world is a better place only because of him.

I hate seeing people grow old and senile.I agree.
I also hate to see younger people making snide remarks about them....it's worse! And I've seen a lot right here!...from people who obviously were not taught to respect their elders.

I knew this was coming when I read or heard (don't remember which, I'm old) the original interview. I said to myself, oh shit, here comes the Nancy Reagan sees ghosts, Nancy talks to Ronnie, Nancy.......yada, yada, yada. This is the second thread regarding such interview and both of them have been seriously taken out of context in an effort to make Nancy Reagan appear to be a mindless loon...........disgusting!
