WASHINGTON - The Obama administration has blocked Israel's request for advanced U.S.-origin attack helicopters.

Government sources said the administration has held up Israel's request for the AH-64D Apache Longbow attack helicopter. The sources said the request was undergoing an interagency review to determine whether additional Longbow helicopters would threaten Palestinian civilians in the Gaza Strip.

The Israelis, like the United States are getting what they deserve.I read in the newspaper, saw on t.v. ,and heard on the radio that citizens in Israel with relatives that were U.S. citizens were calling them [the U.S. citizen] to vote for obama.

Anecdotal. Fact: polls in Israel prior to the election showed Israelis were not duped by Osama/Obama. The strongly favored McCain over Obama.

The foreign aid was to prevent the situation whereby Israel, being denied any other military options, nukes all her unfriendly neighbors when they, as the often do, attack.

If Obama thinks that the Arab world will defeat Israel, he’s still smoking dope. If Obama wants to risk his fellow muslims getting nuked by refusing to sell Israel conventional hardware, that’s up to him, but abstract thinking isn’t really found in the present washington crowd in great abundance.

I was just stating what I heard, saw. and read. It was never refuted. The world over, including Israel stories of how the U.S. would be loved asd respect be regained for electing obama fill the news. I stopped listening to news broadcasts because of that. If I am listening to a radio program when the news comes on I either turn it off or change stations.
