Former Ohio Republican Rep. John Kasich on Monday formally announced his 2010 campaign for the governorship, setting up a possible contest with Democratic incumbent Ted Strickland.

Kasich disclosed his candidacy in his hometown of Westerville, a Columbus suburb that he represented in the House (1983-2001). His announcement was expected; Kasich last month formed a campaign committee to begin raising money for the governor's race.

I don't intend on smearing anyone. After this post, I'll not say another word about this subject. (You can do your own cover-up or investigation, which-ever you choose, I don't care)

"He’s still a weasel in my book but Kasich? Scarborough? I don’t know anything about their lives or involvement with Condit. Fill us in on what you think."

It was reported at the height of the Chandra Levy 'investigation' that both Joe and John ran around with Condit and participated in some pretty ranchy sexual behavior.

It is my opinion that both left congress for this reason due to pressure from their families. A young female campaign worker was found dead in Scarborough's Pensacola office too.

"The strange death of Lori Klausutis received only a few short stories in the Northern Florida press; and the Washington Post printed only 44 words in a Nation-in-brief report dealing with the covered up and mysterious death of a female staffer in a Republican congressman's district office--a story that shocked us after hearing about it from federal agents because the revelation was kept from the public. The 44 words released were:

""FORT WALTON BEACH, FL--Lori Klausutis, a 28-year-old office worker for Rep. Joe Scarborough (R-FL), was found dead in the congressman's district office. Police said preliminary findings from the medical examiner's office showed no foul play or any outward indication of suicide."

"Curiously, Klausutis was reportedly active in Florida's Bush v. Gore 2000 election recount activity--raising questions about what she knew; and on Friday, July 20th, 2001, her body was found slumped next to a desk on the floor of Scarborough's Fort Walton Beach office where Lori served as a constituent services coordinator since May, 1999.

Klausutis was found around 8:00 a.m. on Friday morning by a couple arriving for an appointment, and she had been dead for some time as the police cordoned off the office for an investigation; but they later announced that there was no reason to suspect foul play, nor were there signs of suicide--but national news outlets commenced a total television blackout.

Scarborough had recently resigned from Congress--prematurely and unexpectedly--on the heels of reported rumors about his marital fidelity and shortly after his marriage ended in divorce.

It only seems fair to have Gary Condit come to Ohio to campaign with Kasich since the two of them campaigned together here in the 18th Congressional District of California.

It was indeed more than strange that Kasich and Scarborough, kinky buddies of Condit, each decided to not seek re-election in their respective districts.

Reports at the time of Chandra Levy’s disappearance, revealed that when the DC Police searched Condit’s home/apt multiple semen deposits were discovered throughout the apt.

Strange also was the fact that there was no release of any DNA test results on those deposits. If Kasich was one of those donors, you can bet the opposition is gonna get their hands on those test results.

Meanwhile, with the gerrymandering by the CA legislature, the 18th district remains Blue with one of Nancy’s lapdogs.

It was reported at the height of the.............

Surely you can do better than that. We have not have been able to believe much of the news for years. Not very many good reporters out there.

Thanks for the article on the girl from Scarborough’s campaign. I honestly had never heard about that incident and other than his recent ascent to the morning talkshow I had never heard of him. That those three had bad behavior in common does surprise me, or rather brings me up to speed on that reality.

I apologize for smearing you by insinuating that you are smearing Kasich. I’m hopeful that Kasich is going to bring some good conservative ideas and solutions to Ohio.

What I most remember Kasich for is his vote with the Democrats for the Assault Weapon Ban that passed by one vote-his. There’s a bit of info that’s not been posted here yet I think. Teddy Kennedy dramatically marched with Kasich arm in arm down the aisle to cast that historic and rino-astically shameful vote.

Good luck Blam, and again I owe you an apology. I have lost much face. Must commit sepeku.
