These lyrics are great. I could tolerate this one and that’s my rap quota for about the rest of my life.
I know what you mean. I try to stay current with modern music, but there is little that I think will have much staying power.
But I think back to how influential music has been in the past. From the music of the Revolution (good) to the music of the ‘60s (not always good).
If this is what the young will listen to and carry a positive message ... then we have made progress..I hope.
