Let's not overlook Coleman. At some point, we have to admit that this man couldn't beat an Al Franken. Here's the real Coleman....only a 64 out of 100 rating by the ACU. Coleman tried to be a moderate, and not being a Minnesotan, I can't say that's how he campaigned, but I suspect he did considering that McCain was running around the country stinking up the place with his wussy "moderateness."

Franken(stein) didn't beat Norm Coleman, George Bush did...and it had nothing to do with McCain. Coleman suffered because of Bush's 25 percent favorability rating.

I noticed George Bush’s name on all the yard signs in Minnesota, and sure enough, it was George showed up to debate.

Norm really should have had a more active presence, shouldn’t he?
