Many would call appropriate pain management in severe cancer patients assisted suicide. Surely you are not suggesting that one MUST accept medical care for EVERY illness or disease?

Many would call appropriate pain management in severe cancer patients assisted suicide. There is a huge difference between using necessary levels of pain medication that happens to hasten death and deliberately overdosing a person with the intent of causing death.

I don’t like pain medication. Pain means I’m still alive and doing things I was never supposed to be able to do again.
Well worth the “suffering” as far as I’m concerned.
