I used to love weather, it always surprised you and I thought it was the one safe thing you could talk about.

Now every cold spell, warm spell, snowstorm, hurricane, thunderstorm, normal average day, nighttime and daytime is a political event.

These days the weather, like politics, just plain sucks.

Yep we politicize weather now.

I am still frustrated at how Democrats politicized a hurricane.

I guess you should give Democrats their credit for their political skills in politicizing Katrina. Here you had the mayor of the city and the governor of the state were both good Democrats. Yet they successfully blamed everything that happened on a Republican president.

I still keep it a part of a conversation. I do miss the surprises mother nature provided before satellite imagery and local radar. “Adventure Camping” if you will.
