Glad that Islam invented the pen, calligraphy, poetry, the arch, spires, algebra

They invented none of these. Pens, calligraphy, poetry, arches, and spires existed long before Islam. The concept of algebra came from subcontinent India. They just gave it the name al-jabr.

“Pens, calligraphy, poetry, arches, and spires existed long before Islam.”

Oh, come on now! Surely you don’t believe folks were writing prior to 700 AD! And the Romans didn’t build the Colosseum until after the Muslims taught them.

Obama is pandering. He does it repeatedly, without giving anything solid. How about calling on all Muslim countries to allow conversion to Christianity instead of killing anyone who does so?

The truth is something Obama doesn’t want to acknowledge - that life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness are AMERICAN ideals, not shared by many muslim countries.

The real problem IS islam. The real problem is that it IS the Taliban who are correctly interpreting the Koran.
