Oh yes, the “fee” is negligible, but have you ever seen a “fee” or TAX rescended or not raised??

Kendell county? I'm surprised. Is that an Edwards aquifer thing? They tried doing something similar in Brenham a couple years back and it got shot down. Special election for the proposal, and only those with wells bothered voting...
Good luck with the meters - all the well owners need to make this an election priority for the county commissioners.
