Was he Bill in “Kill Bill”? Sure doesn’t sound like suicide. He was 72, so I’m guessing it was natural causes or perhaps some sort of drug OD. Sad.

What I liked about him was his ability to poke fun at himself and the genre, while still being respectful. Old school guys like that, we are losing them quickly these days.. RIP
