The Republicans have to continue the charge and not back down if they are to have any spine or credibility.

Why am I not surprised that the Democrats would seek to suppress the truth that sometimes our intelligence gathering activities yield useful information.
We've really got to investigate this once we regain control of Congress.

Agreed and Hoekstra has been doing a stellar job on this, hope he keeps it up.

Yep, the Dems act like this is new info. It’s not, it’s only confirmation of what has been said previously and the Dems don’t want that confirmation to come out.

I would like to see a poll of the workers in the Los Angeles buildings where the attacks were thwarted. Did those workers think some water up the nose was worth their lives??

If only they could do that consistently. Being a nice guy as defined as letting your opponents off easy isn’t a political strategy.

Memo to the Dems:
Send Pelosi on an CIA apology tour and you might not have to worry about Reps continuing to seek retribution via leaks, etc.

This must be the first time in 40 years that Democrats gave a damn about a security leak!

Both Schakowsky and Reyes accused GOP members of playing politics with national security. As if the Democrats haven't been playing politics with national security and the torture issue since its inception.
But only Democrats are permitted to do that!

I believe you’re right, it’s a first. It’ll be interesting to see if leaky Leahy has anything to say about this tomorrow.

...Republicans said Democrats are trying to hide the truth that enhanced interrogation of detainees is effective. This can't be right - the GOP showed some nads?

So Obama can release all our nuke depot data, but we cannot defend ourselves...since that violates ‘national security’.

Reyes said. As the chairman my view is we need to get the facts about how the enhanced interrogation techniques came about, not just the results.

They’re not interested in the positive results, just in protecting the ‘rights’ of combatants.
Open Meetings are needed. Let the Media try to spin an open meeting that will be shown on YouTube and live on CSpan.
