Cap and trade will do for us in this recession what Roosevelt's policies did to bring us out of the Great Depression.
It will worsen it and prolong it. The worst thing you want to do to a stressed system is to add stress to it.
But the media will report it as a great success since criticizing Oblahblah is above their pay grade.
