Those are the egyptian arabs (aka palestinians) who were tossed out of egypt for causing trouble and are attempting to steal land from Israel.
Lot of Egyptians, lot's of other Arabs, but before the invention of palestinians if you didn't just call them Arabs, they were Southern Syrians, "locked" out of Syria in the early 1920s when the Mandate was formally split between Britain and France. The French didn't want them back. Todays Syria doesn't want them either. Nor does Egypt, Lebanon or Jordan.
