Read it again maybe. He didn’t want the cops around after a robbery to discover the bongs, so he paid the would-be robber to leave. He wasn’t being “generous” at all

I, TOO, say "Big deal. He sells bongs". I appreciate him providing a service to those of us who enjoy toking.

He’s a typical foreign criminal enabler. I hope they lock him up and throw away the key. Not because there’s anything morally wrong about marijuana (there isn’t — it ought to be legal) but because what he’s doing is against the law, he knows it is against the law, and he flouts the laws of a land that has been good enough to give him a home, regardless. That’s bad Citizenship.
