My answer is straight to Hell!
Let her die in her cell and bury her bones there.
She’s married to a lawyer.
Give her the same mercy that she showed her victim.
"Ye have heard it said....but I say unto ye...."
Grant her the mercy she granted Sharon Stone and her child.
Actually, the life sentence rather than the death penalty was mercy.
If she is truly in the final stages, her release could probabaly be less humane given her physical and financial straits which the state now foots the bill. Her only relief would be emotional.

If they need the space, she could share her bunk or give her the needle.

The only notable thing my sister said about her was that she seemed to be more normal than anyone else in their group.
I never went to visit her up there, they weren’t exactly my type of people. They were a bunch of druggies and hippies squatting on someone’s land with no running water and no electricity.
I had just spent four years in the Navy...

Right now she is rendering unto Caesar. God gets her when we are done.
Move her out. I’m sure Arnold can find some very young very dangerous bit%h who can fit nicely into her cell. If they weren’t going to execute her this is the next best thing. Her life was poured down a sewer because she was soooooooooo much smarter than everyone else. Now her life is over. Give her a chance to repent reflect and maybe even possibly serve as an example to the next oh sooooo smart young person.
I have no compassion for Susan Atkins. Jail is her lifelong home and is where she should stay. I’m only disgusted by the whole Haight-Ashbury culture which centered in San Francisco but which infected the worst part of a generation.
I find this to be a difficult issue. I understand and agree with the teachings of Christ on forgiveness. At a personal level we are taught to forgive those “who trespass against us.” In this case Atkins didn’t “trespass” against me, so I am not sure I have the right to forgive her. Only God can forgive her, because her sin was against Him.
However, it is interesting to hear “Christian” arguments from liberals when the issue is about justice and our governmental court system. Little is made of so-called “separation of church and state” in those instances. Funny how that works.
So if forgiveness is inevitable, why be good in the first place? Those who show mercy to the cruel will be cruel to the merciful.
I have heard of a few of Mansons followers who have become Christians and have been model inmates. Others not so much like Manson.
Not for me but as you say GOD to forgive or not.
My big questions are whether to cut the grass or go sailing.
Our founding fathers were quite religious and while not wanting a state religion did not want religion out. Just liberal nonsense.
She’s still alive? I thought they said she was dying over a year ago and wanted to be released. I hope she rots in prison.
