I checked that out too. Evidently, they are Christ the King Charismatic Episcopal Cathedral. The tip off for me was the fact that the Phoenix Diocese has but one bishop, and his name is Bishop Thomas Olmstead.

They aren't Episcopals. They belong to what they call the "Communion of Christ the Redeemer".
